About Gina

A clinician's eye. A founder's nerve. A teacher's instinct.

Healthcare becomes more human when we make room for the whole picture.

Gina Coccimiglio, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, has spent her career close to the questions that matter: how people age well, how clinicians stay capable in a difficult system, and how better ideas find their way into practice.

Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare education, healthy aging, nurse entrepreneurship, and leadership. She writes, speaks, teaches, and consults with the perspective of someone who has worked across both the care experience and the business of making care possible. She has also helped launch a number of healthcare organizations and built an inpatient hospice center from the ground up. Beyond healthcare, she has founded and run ventures across restaurants, wine, real estate, and property investment—as a restaurateur, winery owner, Realtor, home investor, and chef.

See the system clearly

Good decisions begin with context. Gina translates the forces shaping healthcare into a picture people can actually work with.

02 / Connect

Join the dots

Clinical practice, business, policy, and personal wellbeing are not separate stories. The most useful work lets them inform one another.

Leave with a next step

Every conversation should give people language, confidence, or a practical move they can carry into the real world.

A note on longevity

Longevity is not a trend to chase. It is a chance to ask better questions about the years we are building.
